Funny thing, I got the same request in 2012 and it sat on the back burner. Do you keep this kind of list as well? The list of “things I might want to do someday”.

Sometimes you think people like yourself know what you know and they don’t need your help. What kind of nudges have you been getting lately from your target market? What have they mentioned they need or wish they had that you could provide? What have you been taking for granted that you know and others would LOVE to know?

Send out a very short survey to do a quick needs analysis.
Ask your list/target market what motivates them to want that, where they are most challenged and what they could use right now to support them. Give them time to fill it out and then utilize the info to customize a program to address that very nudge you’ve been getting.
