As Entrepreneurs this time of year can be exciting, relieving, crazy and stressful. You may find yourself completing your last engagement or gig, sending out your last emails and then taking that well-deserved time off.
The end of the year is also a a great time to reflect and regroup. Sometimes, I don’t do my regrouping until January and I allow myself to rejuvenate at the end of the year and step away from my business.
Regardless of when you take time to recharge and regroup, I’d like to gift you this holiday season with an end of year template that acknowledges what you accomplished, what you didn’t get to and what lessons you learned so you can apply those in 2017.
So often, we forget to reflect on what we did before moving onto the next project or the next year.
Before you dive into creating your new year’s resolutions, intentions or goals this year, I invite you to answer the questions in this End of Year Reflection Template and identify the greatest lessons learned so that your 2017 can be even better. I hate to see good learning go to waste!
