This course is kept very small (up to 7 people max) so that you get individual attention. You will have the opportunity to practice facilitating pieces of your workshop and leave with a video clip and constructive feedback to take your facilitation skills to the next level.

THE FACILITATOR Jean M.
DiGiovanna, founded ThinkPeople in 1998. She is a certified
Personal & Executive Coach, Mentor Coach and Corporate Trainer and
Facilitator focusing on effective communication, leadership and
personal and professional fulfillment. She has over 14 years of
experience in training, consulting and instructional design and
has designed and facilitated new employee training courses for
Fortune 500 companies to high-tech startups. She has been running
public seminars in life and business strategies in the last 10
years and mentors coaches and business owners in designing,
developing and delivering workshops to enhance their service
offerings and expand their marketing capabilities. She has a gift
for shifting people's perspective and injecting more fun,
creativity and energy into their business and life.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given up to 4 days
before the workshop begins. If you cancel within 4 days of the
workshop, you can either credit your fee toward any future
workshop within 3 months, or get a refund of 50% of the total fee.
No refunds available if you cancel the day of the workshop or do
not attend. In case of emergency, a full refund will be honored.
