Stage 1: Set Direction
Overview and Objectives of this stage:
Set Direction is the first and most critical stage in Workshop design,
regardless of whether you are creating a new workshop or evolving or
redesigning an existing one.
The objective of this stage is to identify learning objectives and key
factors that will set the foundation for design and development. Set
Direction is the “compass” that guides you to a successful design and
development.
