Stage 1: Set Direction

Overview and Objectives of this stage:
Set Direction is the first and most critical stage in Workshop design, regardless of whether you are creating a new workshop or evolving or redesigning an existing one.

The objective of this stage is to identify learning objectives and key factors that will set the foundation for design and development. Set Direction is the “compass” that guides you to a successful design and development.
