Stage 5: Deliver

Overview and Objectives of this stage:
At this stage, you should have your workshop designed, developed and marketed and have set aside time to prepare and setup for the workshop. For information on previous stages, check out Set Direction, Design & Develop, Market & Price and Prepare & Setup.

The objective of the Deliver stage is to sharpen your workshop facilitation and presentation skills and be prepared to kick-off your workshop, keep your attendees engaged and manage the dynamics of your attendees with confidence. Workshop facilitation is an art and science and practice makes progress.
