Stage 5: Deliver
Overview and Objectives of this stage:
At this stage, you should have your workshop designed, developed and
marketed and have set aside time to prepare and setup for the workshop.
For information on previous stages, check out Set Direction, Design &
Develop, Market & Price and Prepare & Setup.
The objective of the Deliver stage is to sharpen your workshop
facilitation and presentation skills and be prepared to kick-off your
workshop, keep your attendees engaged and manage the dynamics of your
attendees with confidence. Workshop facilitation is an art and science
and practice makes progress.
Become a master at facilitating experiential learning and create a
lasting impact with your attendees. For more info on workbook creation
and templates, see Design & Develop stage.
