Everything is Connected.

As I was considering what to share this month in support of your business it felt inauthentic to not let this go unnoticed. My heart breaks at the recent events that took place last weekend in Charlottesville VA. It highlights the pain and core wounds that have been underneath the surface and are now given permission to have a voice. It also points out how far we truly need to go to heal the United States of America which is no where near united.

If you are at a loss for words, you are not alone.

I’m not here to push any agenda but I did want to acknowledge what is in the collective consciousness as it would feel out of my integrity to not do that.

These events have also had me look in my own business & life to see where I’m out of integrity. Where am I feeling or saying one thing and doing another?

How am I holding back my voice for fear of speaking my truth?

If my life and business were even more aligned with my values, what would be different?

Dwelling in inquiries are extremely powerful and often open something up that was once hidden.

Perhaps there is a different question or inquiry that is calling you to dwell in. Only you know what that question is.

You might be thinking this is not the right venue to bring up social events but the reality is everything is connected. Our lives and businesses are impacted by what is happening in our world. It’s up to you to determine how much you want to acknowledge or not, what you will do as a result or not.

I invite you this month to dig deeper to the core of who you are and what you stand for in your business and your life.

What is brewing for you that is calling your attention? What is your voice calling you to say, be or do?

We each have the capability to make our world a better place to live and our businesses a stronger environment to thrive in. May we find the strength to move through what we each are experiencing as a result of the events happening around us.

May you find and speak your truth in whatever way aligns with you.

I welcome your thoughts and insights in the wake of these recent events.  Please comment below.

Thank you in advance for your listening and for your willingness to explore what is possible.

Blessings,

Jean Marie

  1. Thank you for this very important message. As we recover from the individual and collective shock, it’s important to take action. Not only does that help the healing process, but it also helps create positive transformation. Businesses big and small must develop corporate social responsibility policies and skills aligned with their mission and vision. It’s important for the well-being of the staff as well as the business.

  2. So true Donna! Thank you for your response. I am really connecting with how sorry I am for not taking action for all the prejudice that has been prevalent for so so long and that an incident like this has had me “wake up” more. I appreciate who you are and what you bring to the world.
